Terms and Conditions
New customers who commit to a qualifying Enterprise plan will receive a one-time migration services credit equal to the greater of $18,000 or five times their monthly BigCommerce subscription fee (the “Offer”). Eligible customers must transition from Shopify or Shopify+ to BigCommerce. Eligible customers must sign up for an annual Enterprise plan with a 2-year minimum commitment, must be on quarterly or annual billing, and must maintain a monthly subscription fee exceeding $2,000. Eligible customers will receive the migration services credit when their migrated store completes its first transaction on the BigCommerce platform. This Offer expires on 6/30/2024.
